Sessions will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Church Gym in Valparaiso, Indiana.

For an intake interview, email Coach Dolgner to determine the best time. Intake interview does not count as a session.

Endless Learning - We inform our clients that learning never ends for as long as they live. They will continue to learn on and off the field and should apply everything they learn to perfecting their craft in their position. Focusing on mastery and learning something new each rep is crucial.

F.A.M.I.L.Y. - "Forget About Me, I Love You", or otherwise known as the core of teamwork. We encourage clients to continue to work hard and chase their own goals, while also helping others realize their potential as well with continuous motivation.

Culture of Positivity - At ExpandAbilities, we don't use the word, "can't", but rather "not yet". We outline the possibilities a client has to get to where they want. Being positive helps focus on the moment and that ensures success at perfecting the Offensive Line position.
